    Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with chocolate covered strawberries and great views on the, as for instance, it worked well for me. Location: the hotel was really close to a very nice cinema, the most amazing areas, and right next door, close to malls, restaurants, bars and night life...

    would love to stay here again

    The room was super spacious with big windows giving a nice view. Loved the shower pressure, and the gym was well-equipped. Staff was friendly, and everything felt clean and modern. Good dining options nearby. A Starbucks and convenience stores around. Even with all the nightlife, rooms were really quiet. Perfect spot!

    The Premium Double Room was super spacious and had big windows letting in lots of light. The soundproofing was on point too-you couldn't hear the traffic outside at all. The bathroom was huge and had endless hot water, great. Cute little light under the bed that turned on automatically at night, so you didn't need the main light for bathroom trips. A really comfy stay!

    The NH Collection Guadalajara Providencia impressed me with its modern and spacious room. The bed offered really good comfort, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved the automatic lights under the bed that helped at night. The view from my room added to the experience. The AC struggled to cool down the room, and it was uncomfortably warm upon entering. I had to deal with curtains that didn't function properly. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated their willingness to assist. The location is perfect, with lots of dining options nearby. A good stay but some improvements are needed in room comfort.
